Remembrance Day Thanks

Auckley Parish Council would like to thank members of the Women’s Institute who knitted poppies and added a display to the Green. It was a beautiful and fitting commemoration. They would also like to thank Councillor Sydney for laying the wreath on behalf of Auckley Parish Council at the Remembrance Day Service at the Blaxton War Memorial on Sunday 10th of November.

Christmas Around the Parish

Auckley Parish Council would like to invite residents to join them for the annual carol service outside the Eagle & Child pub on Tuesday 17th of December, starting at 7pm. Join us to celebrate the spirit of the season.

The season will also be marked with Christmas trees and lighting located on Oak Tree Avenue and Larch Avenue. Lighting will also be provided on the Green. Look out for the switch on at the beginning of December.
