Riverside Park Defibrillator Saves a Life
The lifesaving machine was used by members of the local community in the home of a local resident to help keep the person alive until the emergency services arrived. This incident shows the value of these machines in the local community and we would like to raise awareness of where they are in the Auckley:
- Riverside Park (on the side of the Pavilion), Off Ravenswood Drive- always available
- Auckley School, School Lane- always available
- The Hayfield School, Hurst Lane- available at certain times
The Parish Council is currently looking at siting a new defibrillator at Hayfield Park and will keep you updated
