Council Take Ownership of Hayfield Park
In early July the Parish Council took possession of Hayfield Park, off Hayfield Lane and are currently overviewing the situation on the park. The provision of a high quality CCTV camera seems to have led to a reduction in anti-social behaviour and we hope residents continue to enjoy using the park.
Invitation to Express Interest in Getting Involved in our Parks
The Parish Council would like to hear from residents who would like to express an interest in becoming involved/ volunteering on our parks via a working group. As a preliminary idea, the interest may guide what sort of group is formed. Maybe you have thoughts about what currently happens or ideas for the future development? Please contact the Clerk via the details below.
Incidents at Mosham Road Traffic Island
The Parish Council would like to inform residents that they are aware of incidents of vehicles mounting the traffic island which acts as a pedestrian refuge to pedestrians crossing the road at Mosham Road near the junction with School Lane/Hurst Lane and are reporting our concerns through to Doncaster Council.
We would like to encourage residents to also report any incidents through to Doncaster Council so that a true representation of the situation is obtained.
